We only collect what we need in order to reply to you sensibly and quote for the work.

Where a job needs a trade we do not cover ourselves, we may pass the details needed to arrange access and carry out the work to that contractor. We share the minimum required to get the job done.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and insurance purposes.
