WA Property Services is a property services company working across London and the Dorset, from an office on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge. We handle plumbing, maintenance and the day to day management of buildings their owners cannot always get to.
Our team is fully qualified and insured. That covers urgent repairs, routine maintenance and ongoing property support, for private homes and commercial premises alike.
We do not just fix problems and leave. Honest advice, dependable service and genuine care for the properties we look after are what bring customers back to us.
How we like to work
Property work goes wrong in predictable ways. Most of it comes down to poor communication, rushed repairs and nobody taking responsibility. We have built the way we work around avoiding exactly that.
Say what is actually happening
You get a plain explanation of the fault, what caused it and what putting it right involves. If we are not sure yet, we say that too.
Agree the work first
Nothing starts until you know the scope and the cost. If the job changes once we open something up, we stop and talk to you.
Repair it properly
A patch that fails in a month helps nobody. We use materials that suit the job and fix the cause rather than the symptom.
Respect the property
Dust sheets down, boots off where they need to be, and the place left tidy. Tenants and residents are treated the same way we treat owners.

Landlords and agents get a record of what was found and what was done, which makes the next decision easier.

If you can reach the stopcock safely, turn the water off at the mains. Then call us. Our emergency plumbers deal with burst pipes, major leaks, overflowing toilets, blocked drains and sudden loss of water supply.
